I have a Black Labrador retriever can I take him on a vacation out of the country? how?

he"s big
its a vacation to south america
its on plane not boat

Because of quarantine times, import rules, fees, and health risks, it is not even remotely worth it to try and bring your dog along on a vacation to another country. While if you were relocating for an extended period of time you would make arrangements to bring him with you, it is just not practical for a vacation. The flight will be long and stressful, plus the quarantine period (depending on the specific country) may exceed the length of your vacation. Leave him home at a clean, well-run boarding kennel.

Why bother? Unless you're going for months, it could make your vacation plans very complicated and expensive. Flying is stressful for dogs and in my opinion is to be avoided if at all possible. Where were you planning to stay? Can a dog stay there? Find a good place to board the dog while you're gone and everyone will be better off.
